After graduating as an industrial mechanical expert, Paolo managed the family business, successfully navigating the economic crisis of 2008. It was in those dark years that his expertise in sales grew. Being Italian, he specialized in the European market, facilitating a business turnover that was able to save the company in one of the hardest periods of its fifty-year history. An achievement that he is understandably very proud of.
Three years playing rugby in Italy at a semi-professional level, instilled a passion for performance coaching. A move to Christchurch provided the opportunity for him to become more deeply involved with international rugby and the Crusaders. Relocating to Franklin, now coaching the prems for Onewhero RFC has gained him a strong reputation in the community.
So how does an Italian lad meet a lovely Tongan lady, through rugby of course. Along came Emily, the love of Paolo’s life. Emily’s numerous and supportive family are based in Tuakau, where the young couple live with their two young children, Francesco and Antonella.
The transition into real estate came naturally for this personable and intelligent man. His proven expertise in sales and coaching has meant that he is the ideal agent to support and guide both buyers and sellers in the real estate world.
