Shane has completed a Bachelors of Property Degree in 2010 From University of Auckland and soon after started working in the real estate industry.
in 2016 Shane has been a project manager on a few residential builds and has immense experience in the whole building process from obtaining building consents (liaising with architect, surveyors, planners, civil, geotech, structural engineers) ordering materials (pre-line framing, concrete,concrete pumps, windows) to organizing traders (builders, plumber,roofers, scaffolding) to obtaining final pass off from council. (not easy as it sounds)
Shane manages a residential portfolio and has strong property management experience from renting properties out to full management of rental collection, maintenance, inspection, tribunal hearing and evictions (if need being).
Shane is a very strong negotiator and is a very straightforward person and like to deal in a 'black and white approach'. Selling real estate is not an easy job and should not be taken lightly.
